About the CSA

Frequently asked questions:

What will be in my share?

You’ll receive 6-10 items each week based on what is ripe and ready to be harvested. This will often include herbs and occasionally flowers. It is usually enough for 2-3 people who cook/use a lot of vegetables. As people who love to cook, we pick a variety of seasonal vegetables that we think you’ll enjoy using in the kitchen.

How do I pay for my share?

Currently you can use a credit card online, or contact us about paying by check. We are also happy to split-up payments to make it easier on your paycheck-just ask!

What if I am unable to pick up my share?

If you go on vacation, or unable to pick up your share, you may have another person pick up your share. Or let us know ahead of time and we can find an alternative pick-up day at our house in Salem. We’re happy to work with you during the busy summer months.

What exactly is a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture is an innovative way to support small local farmers while getting fresh local vegetables in return. Your early season investment allows us, the farmers, to buy seed and equipment for the coming year while also allowing to better plan our crop production. In return, we grow a wide variety of vegetables for you, knowing that the produce we harvest will be going directly to your kitchen. You also are receiving the freshest, highest quality produce possible, grown in Wenham, following organic practices.
